Nintendo has announced its first mobile phone game, Pokémon GO, an AR experience that will direct players to various locations near them, or far away, where they’ll discover Pokémon in the “real world” that can be captured with the Go app.
Pokémon Go is developed by Niantic and Junichi Masuda, who directed the Pokemon video game series from Game Freak, is also working on the game.
The game will also feature a Pokémon GO Plus wearable Bluetooth controller, capable of sending you alerts when you are near Pokémon in the real world.
